The Michigan Vision Expo is now seeking vendors, organizations, and service providers to attend as exhibitors.
The Michigan Vision Expo is seeking to fill a void in access to information, services, and technology in Michigan. Similar shows have gained much success in other parts of the state, and the belief is that the same success could be realized by offering an opportunity for those living on the west side of the state. Kalamazoo is situated near many major metropolitan areas including Grand Rapids, Battle Creek, Jackson, Holland, and South Bend.
We seek to provide our visitors with a wide array of exhibitors including:
We maintain final judgment on an organization or vendor's suitability for this show and reserve the right to exclude participation for any reason. A refund will be given if this decision is reached.
Space is limited, and all registrations will be processed in the order they are received.
The cost to participate is $50, which includes one 5-foot table with chairs and up to two lunch tickets. Additional lunches for vendors may be purchased for $10. Additional booths are available for $25, space-permitting.
If you wish to cancel your registration, your registration fee will be refunded before September 15. Otherwise, no refunds will be given.
Free wireless Internet access is available from the library. Electric outlets are also available. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form.
Exhibitors may set up between 9:00 and 10:00 A.M. We kindly ask exhibitors to remain throughout the expo until 4 P.M. for the benefit of our attendees. All exhibit materials must be removed and packed by 5:00 P.M.
We hope to make this first ever event a success for both participants and exhibitors. If you have any ideas or comments on how we can improve, or wish to offer any assistance to us in planning the event, please don't hesitate to send us a note.
The Michigan Vision Expo is presented by the National Federation of the Blind of Michigan, Kalamazoo chapter and Disability Network Southwest Michigan.
